The security of animal health data and their guardians is a priority. If you discover a vulnerability, we thank you for reporting it responsibly.
How to reach us
Email support@zoolinko.com with a description of the flaw, the steps to reproduce it and its potential impact. We acknowledge receipt within 72 hours.
What we ask of you
Give us a reasonable time to fix before any public disclosure, do not access data that is not yours, do not degrade the service and do not run a denial-of-service attack. Stay within the law.
Our commitment
We handle every report in good faith, keep you posted on the fix and gladly credit those who wish it. The security.txt file centralises our security contacts.
